Welcome to our Hotel Tirolerhof in Lanersbach

Come in and get ready to enjoy a great holiday in the Tuxertal Valley!

This is your chance to experience the spectacular natural setting of our location in the Tyrol first-hand, right at the foot of the Hintertux Glacier (3,250 m). Surrounded by the magnificent Tyrolean mountain ranges, right at the heart of the ski and glacier region Zillertal 3000, is our Tirolerhof situated – newly renovated in 2012 – in the picturesque village of Lanersbach. Just outside our front door, the two ski regions of Eggalm and Rastkogel make the perfect starting points for unforgettable days on the pistes. Snow-covered mountain slopes and perfectly groomed pistes are waiting to be conquered – by you! Carving experts and boarder chicks already know it: the natural downhill runs on Schlegeis and Olperer Mountain make for unforgettable experiences. No less than 7 snow parks in the Zillertal Valley will make the hearts of any freestyler beat faster.  

Harakiri – Austria’s steepest piste experience! This piste in Mayrhofen has an unbelievable incline of 78% and is thus strictly reserved for experienced skiers and snowboarders. 

 
Those who aren’t quite brave enough but don’t want to miss out on the experience completely have the option of assessing the standing power of the more daring skiers from the chairlift.

Yet another highlight awaits 25 m below the excellently groomed pistes:
The Natural Ice Palace, with ice crystals that are up to 70cm long, voluptuous ice formations and glittering icicles up to 8m long will work its magic on any visitor.

A piste surface area of 800ha in total and 67 state-of-the-art lifts guarantee a winter holiday that leaves nothing to be desired.

And in summer?
Walking, climbing, mountain biking, Nordic Walking, horse-riding, swimming, traditional celebrations – or an early skiing adventure?
Art and culture enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice in this region of Austria: from day trips to Innsbruck or Salzburg to the historic old town of Rattenberg and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds – lots of cultural attractions are within easy reach of Lanersbach in the beautiful  Tuxertal Valley.
