Bus:
Enjoy your holiday without using your own car. Take our “Free-Sports-Bus” – which is going every 15 minutes. Your will get a guest card at the reception. In winter you don’t need a guest card the ski pass is also the bus ticket.

Changes makes life sweeter – in our playroom children will find everything which makes children’s heart beating

Departure:
We ask you to leave the room until 10.00 a.m.

To avoid any stress at your departure day after a relaxed holiday you can pay your the bill also at the evening before leaving.

Drinks bill:
You can pay or sign your drinks bill every evening at your waiter. This bill will be charged on your room invoice, if you do not think about it one evening you can check it anytime at the reception. If you have any complains we cannot take care of them at the end of your stay.

Flowers:
You need flowers for a birthday or just for a surprise for somebody? Just let us know at the reception we can order it for you.

Gymnastics:
You can use our gym from 06.00 am till 10.00 pm

Indoor golf:
In hotel Neuhintertux they have an indoor golf area.
If you need a reservation for it please let us know at the reception

Key Card:
At arrival you get a key card which is programmed for your whole stay. Don’t forget it when you go out in the evening. It also opens the main door which will be closed at 10:00 pm

Laundry:
If you need your clothes washed just bring it to the reception we will do that for you. We charge a small fee.

Lost property:
You miss something important? Maybe somebody gave it to the reception. If you find something it would be great when you give this to the reception. Somebody will be very happy.

Do you not get enough space to unpack your suitcase?
You can tell at the reception or your room maid we will take the suitcase till your departure.

Meals:

With respect to our guests it is not allowed to smoke in our dining rooms.

If you want to sign off your dinner one evening, we charge € 7, -- less per person and menu. Please let us know at the reception after breakfast.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Please use the ashtray
at the terrace and at the main entrance.
Smoking is allowed in our Tiroler bar at 06:00 pm

Ski school:
If you need a ski instructor or just want to get better, please tell us at the reception. We can organize an instructor for you and give you more information.

Ski pass:
At the reception we can make ski passes for you. So you do not have to stay in a queue at the lift station. We can prepare passes from 2 days on.

Solarium:
Gladly you can take sun tan in our solarium. Coins you will get at the reception.

Squash:
If you want to play squash there is a box in hotel Hohenhaus in Hintertux we can reserve the box for you

Tip:
We hope you enjoyed your stay in our house and you felt well with our service. If you like to give some tip – we would be very grateful! There will be a piggy bank at the reception which will be splitted through all the staff at the end of the season.

Tux Ticket:
That you can use the bus for free between Finkenberg and Hintertux. We will prepare the Tux Ticket for you at the reception for your whole stay. In the winter your ski pass is valid also like a ticket.

Tiroler Bar:
Welcome at the Tiroler Bar.
Meet friends for a comfortable small talk in front of the chimney or just to taste a lovely cocktail – relax and enjoy special moments with friends

Underground Car Parking
Also you may use our underground car parking. Daily fee € 3,-- (except by booking Suite Adlerhorst and Kuschelsuite Tirolerhof)
