The Tirolerhof, your home away from home, is located between the Eggalm and Rastkogel ski areas and is thus the perfect starting point for unforgettable skiing and snowboarding experiences. Experienced skiers can even ski back to the Tirolerhof.
Especially convenient: the direct connection between the Penken and Eggalm as well as the Rastkogel. More kilometers of slopes for even more action and fun. With the 150-person Tux cable car, 150 people can be transported up to an elevation of 2,420 m at the same time. Almost 200 km of slopes of the highest quality with all difficulty levels will make your dream of a perfect skiing vacation in the Tyrolean mountains come true. Mayrhofen lifts - including the challenging Harakiri slope in Mayrhofen
The Mayrhofen lifts are only a stone's throw away from Hintertux. Via the Eggalm ski area, which is directly next to the Tirolerhof, you can conveniently reach the Rastkogel. From here, you can reach the Mayrhofen lifts ski area without having to put on your skis. The same applies to your return trip. This connection is a particularly impressive feature!
The Penken lift, newly opened in December 2015, is another enhancement to the ski area and now transports winter vacationers up the Penken at double the speed in a spacious panoramic gondola. Here, you will also find a slope experience that is unique throughout the world. The Harakiri, which is Austria's steepest slope with a 78% incline, provides a powerful kick of adrenaline and is suited only for experienced skiers. If you prefer something more leisurely, you can carve down the wide slopes on the Ahorn.
The Penken offers racing valley ski runs, while the fun slope on the Ahorn delights the kids. In the meantime, non-skiers can relax on the new terrace of the cafe-bistro and soak up the sun. A new attraction is the Penken lift, which drastically reduces waiting times and comfortably takes you up the Penken.

The mascot of the Zillertal Arena, FUNty, welcomes you to the ski area. He greets and delights little skiers and pros alike. How about a detour to the neighboring state of Salzburg? No problem. The border-crossing, 4-mountain Zillertal Arena ski area is connected to the Pinzgau. So, by taking the lift, you can cruise from one state to another in one day without even having to snap on your skis.
Other highlights of the Zillertal Arena are the many après ski pubs at the valley station. Here, you can bring a successful day of skiing to an end with music and schnapps.
