It’s always something. Even on vacation. Or maybe especially then. That’s why it’s always a good idea to inform yourself about the big things in advance. Or the little things too, if that’s what you prefer. Well informed is its own kind of vacation, particularly in the mountains.

General information
Check-In: Your room is available on the day of arrival from 3 pm — or earlier, by request and if the schedule allows. Please let us know by phone if you’ll be arriving after 7 pm.
Check-Out: We ask that you depart your room by 10 am on the day of departure.
Late Check Out: You want to stay longer in the room on departure day? By request and where available you can keep your room on the day of departure at an additional cost of € 100,–
We can arrange late check out (without room) for the wellness and spa area for € 30 per person. Please ask about availability. We’d be glad to reserve you a locker in our changing rooms.
Reception: Our reception is staffed from 7:30 am to 10 pm.

Pets can be brought along on request. We charge €15 per day (without food). If you leave your pet alone in the room, please let us know!!! This means that none of our employees will enter the room. For room cleaning, we ask you to let us know briefly when you leave the room with your pet.
Out of consideration for other guests, we ask you to understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area. We would also like to point out that guests are responsible for any damage and/or injuries caused by their four-legged friend. The hotel reserves the right to charge the resulting costs to the invoice of the responsible guest.

Please note that pets are not permitted in our Wildschütz guest house.

The hotel offers free wifi. Ask at the reception for the access code. It can be used on up to 5 devices.
Please note that our services may change or be cancelled entirely due to season or weather conditions.

Dinner from 7:00 to 8:30 pm
If you plan on eating away from the hotel for an evening, please let reception know after breakfast. We’ll then refund € 15 per person and menu.
Please let us know about any food allergies or intolerances well in advance so that we can accommodate appropriately.

- Outdoor pool: 7 am to 7:30 pm
- Our Kraftwerk fitness area: 7 am to 10 pm (children must be accompanied by adult)
We cannot assume responsibility for objects forgotten at the hotel. By request we can send the items to you by post, at your cost.
We accept EC bank cards, Visa and Mastercard, as well as prepayment by bank transfer and cash.
