The indicated prices for rooms at Hotel Tirolerhof are per person including 3/4 gourmet board, and include all taxes excluding the local visitor’s tax of € 1,80 per person (15+ years of age) and day. From 01.12.2024 the local visitor’s tax will be € 2,60 per person and day.

The indicated prices for rooms in the Gästehaus Wildschütz are per person including breakfast, using of all wellness and fitness facilities in Tirolerhof and include all taxes excluding the local visitor’s tax of € 1,80 per person (15+ years of age) and day. From 01.12.2024 the local visitor’s tax will be € 2,60 per person and day. New: By request you can also book the Tirolerhof 3/4 gourmet-board option at a price of € 50 per person and menu at the Tirolerhof. Breakfast will be served in our Hotel Tirolerhof. Please note that pets are not allowed in our Gästehaus Wildschütz.

Prices for single occupancy of rooms and suites are available by request. Bookings at Hotel Tirolerhof with only accommodation/breakfast will be refunded € 15 of the half-board price. The rooms are ready for guests by 3 pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate your room no later than 10 am on the day of departure.

Pets are welcome in our Hotel Tirolerhof with a surcharge of € 15 per day (not counting food). We ask you to bring your dog’s favorite blanket or basket so that he or she can be comfortable with us, as well as a muzzle for using public transport. In our Restaurant are no pets allowed.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our Gästehaus Wildschütz.

The hotel offers free wifi. Ask at the reception for the access code. It can be used on up to 5 devices.

Bookings, even when confirmed in writing, shall only be considered binding once the payment is received in our bank account (amount of pre-payment and bank account information are found in the reservation confirmation).

CURRENT CANCELLATION TERMS:

Summer 2024

From 22 June 2024 to 21 December 2024

• Cancellations up to at least 14 days before the arrival date (6 pm) are free.
• Cancellations up to at least 7 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 50% of the overall booking amount.
• Cancellations up to at least 3 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 80% of the overall booking amount.
• Later cancellations, no-shows or early departures will be charged the entire booked amount.

Winter 2024/25

From 21 December 2024 to 04 January 2025

• Cancellations up to at least 30 days before the arrival date (6 pm) are free.
• Cancellations up to at least 14 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 50% of the overall booking amount.
• Cancellations up to at least 7 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 80% of the overall booking amount.
• Later cancellations, no-shows or early departures will be charged the entire booked amount.

From 04 January 2025 to 19 December 2025

• Cancellations up to at least 14 days before the arrival date (6 pm) are free.
• Cancellations up to at least 7 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 50% of the overall booking amount.
• Cancellations up to at least 3 days before the arrival date (6 pm) will be charged 80% of the overall booking amount.
• Later cancellations, no-shows or early departures will be charged the entire booked amount.

For cancellations outside of our cancellation deadlines, you will receive a credit note for the deposit you have made, which you can redeem with us within one year.

A deposit of 20% of the booking number is required for a binding reservation.

To avoid extra costs and inconvenience, we suggest purchasing travel insurance for you and your loved ones during your vacation in the Tux Valley. Cancellations outside of our cancellation periods, earlier departures or later arrivals due to Covid-19, illness or injuries are not possible free of charge. You can cover this with travel insurance.

We accept payment by EC card, Visa or Mastercard. Please note that our services may change or be canceled entirely due to season or weather conditions.
