Little wonder, with an epic selection of snow, action and fun parks scattered throughout the Tux Valley and the wider Zillertal ski regions. Pro riders and rookies alike will find space to drop cool jumps in fantastic powder. Powder to the people!

Greenhorns can achieve boarding nirvana at Familypark Hintertux on the Sommerberg. It’s perfect terrain for beginners! For those who want MORE — bigger, more spectacular, more outrageous — there’s an XXXXL snowpark for them too: the Betterpark Hintertux.
It is the prime playground for freestylers and boarders of note. The snowboard season starts here in early autumn, with a superpipe and 29 elements that make it an absolute boarder’s paradise. This is where the European freeski scene comes to get its grind on. Have fun!

Vans Penken Park is more than just one of Europe’s largest snowparks. It represents ultimate freestyle pleasure and pain for serious boarders. From beginners to pro riders, there’s terrain to match your talent.
Shreadheadz and jibbers can search for a line or combo with the right degree of difficulty, then get their session started. The 4-person chairlift offered a sweet spot to look down on the boarders in the park as they handle their business.

Snowboarding in the Zillertal Arena
On the one hand, the arena’s Snowpark Gerlos and its Chill Area are an El Dorado for freestylers, while snowboarder will head straight for the Action-Park Kreuzwiese and its cool bag jumps. There’s also a snake run with countless steep curves and jumps. Rookies will want to check out the Funpark Hochkrimml. It’s set up perfectly for kids who are ready to try some tricks.

Is top quality your thing? Like your freestyling fun pure as the driven snow? Then you’ve arrived at Betterpark Hochzillertal. 320 meters of fun for pro riders and greenhorns alike. Pick your line — beginner, medium, pro, jib or XL-kicker. There’s certain to be something for you there.
There’s even a zone dedicated exclusively to chilling. Watch the doings from sweet deck chairs while the beats rain down. But that’s not all. The big highlight is the XL-Kicker.
