Water vacation in the Zillertal
- Thermal-Freischwimmbad Hintertux: open from mid-June to late August, a healthy and refreshing choice with a breathtaking alpine backdrop. Situated at 1,500 m of elevation, the thermal pool is Europe’s highest.
- Erlebnis-Freischwimmbad Finkenberg: small, very fine pool with a children’s play area including playground equipment, air jets, water slides, a kiddie pool, waterfall, relaxation area, large sunbathing area and buffet. They can also host wonderful child’s swimming parties right at the play area! Entry to the Finkenberg pool is free for guests of the Tirolerhof!
- The Zillertal also has turquoise bathing lakes that will appeal to nature lovers and water bugs alike.
Badesee Schlitters, for example, or the Erlebnisteich Aufenfeld, both offering tingling refreshment. Like it even cooler? Take the plunge into the lakes and ponds of the Zillertal’s alpine pastures.
